Key requirements

  1. Volunteer Database Management:
    a. Assist in maintaining a comprehensive volunteer database, including contact
    information, skills, interests, availability, and volunteer history.
    b. Update and organize the volunteer database regularly to ensure accurate and up-todate information.
  2. Volunteer Onboarding Support:
    a. Collaborate with the Volunteer Management Lead to develop and implement an
    efficient onboarding process for new volunteers, including orientation, training, and
    necessary paperwork.
    b. Ensure new volunteers receive the necessary information, resources, and support to
    start their roles successfully.
  3. Volunteer Retention and Engagement:
    a. Support the implementation of strategies to enhance volunteer retention and
    engagement.
    b. Assist in conducting volunteer satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to improve
    volunteer programs and initiatives.
  4. Volunteer Coordination and Deployment:
    a. Assist in matching volunteers with suitable roles based on their skills, interests, and
    availability.
    b. Maintain clear and timely communication channels with volunteers regarding
    upcoming opportunities, changes, or cancellations.
  5. Volunteer Documentation:
    a. Assist in maintaining accurate records of volunteer hours, activities, and
    achievements for reporting and recognition purposes.
