 National Skills Recognition System Course (NSRS)
The National Skills Recognition System (NSRS) is Singapore's national framework for establishing work performance standards, identifying job competencies and certifying skills acquisition.
The NSRS provides a system for acquisition by the workforce of specific job skills required at the workplace. In addition, it aims to enhance the professionalism and employability of the workforce by motivating continuous learning and the acquisition of new skills to meet changing business requirements.
Types of NSRS Cleaning Courses we conduct:

Clean Hard Floor
This course aim to provide workers or those who are interested in joining the Cleaning Industry with the basic skills and knowledge for maintaining various types of hard floors, on a daily basis.

Clean Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings and Toilet Floors
This course aims to provide workers or those who are interested in joining the Cleaning Industry with the basic skills and knowledge for maintaining public toilets, on a daily basis

Methodology
Lectures and Demonstrations and Practical Training

Assessment
Participants will have to sit for a practical and oral assessment at the end of the training course

Certification
NSC Level 3 Certificate from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) will be issued to participants who have passed the assessment

Funding available for Singaporeans & PRs’
SDF Funding
- Above 40 years old with ‘A’ levels and below : 90% or $11 per training hour whichever is lower
- Below 40 years old: 80% or $7 per training hour whichever is lower
SRP Funding (absentee payroll)
- Above 40 years old with ‘A’ levels and below: 90% of hourly basic pay capped $4.50 at per trainee hour
- Below 40 years old: 80% of hourly basic pay capped $1.50 at per trainee hour
Who can attend: The NSRS Cleaning courses are suitable for cleaners, cleaning supervisors, or those who want to be trained and equipped with skills and knowledge for Commercial and Industry Cleaning. The training will help enhance their job competencies to help them stay employable in the Cleaning Industry.
